Mattias Carlsson has over 20 years of experience in banking and specialty finance. He served fifteen years as CEO of TF Bank, leading the bank’s international expansion and its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm. He currently serves as Chairman of LBS Group and Chairman of Qred Group.
His previous board roles include Chairman of Hoist Finance , Chairman of TF Bank AB and its subsidiaries during the IPO period , and various board and executive roles within TF Bank between 2008 and 2023. Mattias holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.

Moulay Mhamed Elalamy is CEO of Saham, a diversified investment group active across financial services, insurance, banking and international business services. Since 2018, he has led the Group’s strategic development, including the growth and listing of Majorel and its subsequent merger with Teleperformance, with Saham remaining a long-term shareholder.
Within Saham, he has overseen the development and divestment of regulated financial businesses as well as the Group’s expansion into banking through the acquisition of the control of Société Générale Marocaine de Banques (SGMB), now operating as Saham Bank. He previously served as CEO of Saham Assurance Maroc and Saham Assistance and is currently Vice-Chairman of Saham Bank and a Chairman of the board of of Eqdom. He holds a degree from the University of British Columbia, with additional studies at Harvard University and Sciences Po Paris.

Henrik Käll has more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets, including senior leadership roles at Nordea Markets such as Global Head of Markets Sales & Distribution and Global Head of Markets Trading. He previously held positions at Dresdner Kleinwort and Natixis in London. Henrik serves on several boards, such as Castellum AB and Garantum AB, where he is Chairman, and is founder and board member of Fxity AB. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Fadwa Ben Saad is Chief of Staff and M&A at Saham, responsible for governance and group-wide investment activities. Her previous roles include senior positions in M&A, finance and investment management at Saham, OCP and L’Oréal. She serves on the boards of SGMB, Eqdom and Sogelease and holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Business School.

Otmane Serraj is CFO for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific regions at TP Group. He previously served as CFO of Majorel, where he oversaw global finance and IT and managed the Group’s IPO on Euronext Amsterdam. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance, CX/BPO and technology-enabled services. Otmane is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.

Jan Altersten has held senior executive roles across consumer finance, payments, and debt collection for more than two decades. He served as CEO of Riverty between 2021 and 2024, leading the group’s strategic repositioning following the rebranding of Arvato Financial Solutions. The group operates across 13 European countries.
His experience includes multiple board roles within banks and licensed financial institutions. Jan holds a law degree from Stockholm University and has completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School
